Refund policy

Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receiving them. We only accept merchandise in its original condition, with its tags intact, unworn, smoke and pet-free. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, head to our return portal.

If your returned item(s) are accepted, we will purchase your shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted, and you will need to purchase a return label for the item(s). 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Certain items are final sale. Jewelry, perfume, bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear, sale items, and gift cards are ineligible for returns.
